One of my closes friends is from Japan. We met in my first year in college, and we became inseparable. We are two different worlds, and I still managed pretty great. I always asked her about her culture because I know Japanese people have a strict code that they follow, and they are workaholics. But, she always told me my culture isn't different from hers. Last year I was supposed to go to Japan on a business trip, and again, I asked her if there was anything I needed to know before I went to Japan. 

And she again told me not to worry because everything was the same.

We took the fast train to Tokyo because there were no available flights at nine in the morning. Walking to the train station, I swear I saw Japanese having sex in public. But, then again, they probably think the same for our nation and our culture.

Flying back home I spent thinking about everything I saw back in Japan. They are different from us. And, I think some things I will never understand, but I do respect them. But, my dear best friend is in a lot of trouble. How could she not tell me about this stuff? If I wasn't there with someone who knew already about their weird sex customs, I think I would get a heart attack.
